9.0We had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left, and we felt very well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

10.0The most business and leisure friendly hotel in Guatemala city. The staff is very customer service friendly and also business trip savy. They go above and beyond wirh service and making you feel like home. All amenities are available and the food is delicious. Try the pupsusas for breakfast and the stake at Blu.
