10.0This is a lovely old adobe hotel with 2 stories and a small number of rooms. Our room had a sitting room off the bedroom. Bathrooms have lovely tiles but they are somewhat dated. You cannot beat the location near the Plaza. Rooms are super quiet and the air conditioner worked well. We also had a small refrigerator and microwave in our room. Parking available in their underground garage. We spent several pleasant afternoons/early evenings on the front porch. The wood-fired pizza at the bar was a treat.
Santa Fe stay
10.0Everything. It was a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. The staff were exceptional; informative, welcoming, and very helpful. Decor was beautiful. It was super quiet so very peaceful and every thing was in walking distance.

10.0Hotel located in a great location. Many shops and restaurants all with in walking distance, The hotel is very nice and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They put out muffins,fruit and granola bars for the guest in the morning. They offer you water to take with you when you go out to walk around. The area is clean and quiet. People are very friendly. The rooms are very nice. I had a room on the 3rd floor which had a staircase in the room which lead to an emergency exit. Never have seen that before. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

10.0The location was excellent. It was a nice bonus to be able to use the pools at the sister hotels. The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
