I would never return to this hotel
3.0We were placed in an old room for people with special needs, a very dirty room with a shower that wasn't even my height, I had to shower sitting down every day.

1.0− À notre arrivée l’hôtel était fermé, apparemment en redressement judiciaire. Nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel en urgence. À ce jour nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursés de notre nuitée. Que pouvez-vous faire?

Great location and family-friendly touches, but the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired.
4.0The location was great, and I appreciated the historical charm of the property. It was a nice touch that they played kids’ movies in the lobby.
− The carpets and rooms weren’t as clean as expected, and there was a noticeable musty smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. One staff member was also not very kind or helpful, which affected the overall experience.
