10.0Mooie locatie, mooi uitzicht, mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel.
− We vroegen om 1 bed en kregen 2 bedden. Dit konden ze ook niet meer veranderen. Heel jammer want dit was onze eerste vakantie samen. Het engels viel ook vies tegen. Het stonk op de gang.

8.0Emplacement très pratique pour les visites de Tokyo que ce soit en métro et en train. Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Chambre confortable
− Nous avons eu une chambre fumeur alors que nous avions précisé que nous étions non-fumeur. L'odeur était donc un peu dérangeante puis on s'y fait même si on aurait préféré ne pas avoir à s'en accomoder
