− Rooms were outdated, smelled bad, ceiling tiles were stained, shower tub had caulking that was peeling, stained tub, old curtains that were torn, living room carpet was dirty and worn, couch was stained and smelled bad, and make up mirror was installed over six feet high.

10.0This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona every year we come to stay a few times a year we love the grounds and all the things available for us to enjoy
Great location and staff. If they can work out those two problems it would make it great.
7.0The staff were very helpful. Lovely settings, spacious rooms and good location. Handy to the buses and shopping areas.
− The air conditioning is too loud. Especially at night. Even the neighbours one sounds like it is in your room. The night light always stays on and right in your bedroom.

10.0Tratamiento urbanístico que tienen las suites, con sus áreas exteriores. La dotación de las habitaciones, la amplitud, la estética sencilla sobria. Es un gran hotel. La localización es excelente. A todo el grupo nos encantó. La atención al publico perfecta, con amabilidad y respeto.. Me hizo falta solo el desayuno.
− No hay desayuno. Había muchas muebles viejos como de renovacion de mobiliario en unas habitaciones y afeaba la vista y el entorno. Una de las habitaciones de nuestro grupo era de lujo por tener un jacuzzi, pero era pequeño y antiguo..y estaba fuera de la habitación. Tardaba muchísimo además, en llenarse con el agua. No me pareció que la cobrarán como de lujo porque no lo era. La diferencia era el jacuzzi
