Not Family Friendly or Reasonable
1.0− They refused to honor the rate I had booked two rooms well in advance for our whole family the day we were supposed to show, less than 5 hours before check in time. They told us if we showed up and tried to check in for our stay they were going to charge us almost $200 more per room. I had to cancel our entire trip to Monterey Bay because of this. They failed to accommodate us and the staff over the phone were not helpful nor hospitable or understanding.
Quiet, comfortable, and great location
10.0Soft towels, clean, updated toom, hot water always available in shower. Friendly, happy staff. Location by park is easy walking, Good for kids.
