Very disappointing
4.0There was 2 front desk clerks who were very nice. Ebonee I think was one name and the other young lady worked the same shift as her. I'm not sure about the names
− The housekeepers hardly wanted to do the service in my room. I had to search for them to ask for service in our room. Then the pool was not open and it is mid June. The general manager thought it was sufficient to put some points on my account to make up for the fact I couldn't take my grandson swimming when he came to visit me. I just had stomach surgery so clean sheets would have been nice so I didn't end up with an infection
