6.0I liked the location and the smoking room option
− i was mislead by the listed room size being over 1,000sq ft for a king suite deal for the room. the room was smaller than or about the same as most (motel) rooms. the deal wasn't worth it but I already paid for it online to book it and wasn't aware of the actual room size until I literally got my room key and went to it. very disappointed but wasn't going to waste $100 because of their "cancelation fee" which is a nights stay. a motel6 would've been a better choice of a deal considering the size of room and pay. at least the room would've been bigger and cheaper

− skandaliczne jest to, że mimo kilkukrotnych obietnic nie otrzymałam zwrotu kaucji, którą ode mnie pobrano. pisze wiadomości i jestem ignorowana. to sprawia, że całość oceniam bardzo źle. nie rozumiem z czego wynika ten problem i jak można tak traktować swoich gości.
