Decent rate for decent room

Friendly, helpful staff, room had several small deferred maintenance issues, but was clean and comfortable.

− The worst breakfast. Horrible turkey sausage burrito thing, even the maple 'donut' was inedible. Both went in trash. Thankfully, Mc D was right down the street.

If the above changes were made it would be a better place to stay. Thankful to desk clerk.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs. Thankful that we found a place to stay.

− Would be nice if there was an elevator. One of the people with us can not do steps. Breakfast was not much of a breakfast. It was packaged food to heat up. I worried about how old and safe it was to eat.

Beside the very strong urine smell, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was coming off , it was very uncomfortable

Close to the airport

− Room smelled very strong of dog urine ! Yes we have a dog but our dog is potty trained . I’m sure the carpet in the rooms needs tore out !

− I would never stay here again. When I returned to the hotel around midnight on my first night, my key card didn’t work. The front desk was closed, but there was an emergency phone number displayed. I called it around ten times and nobody answered. That left me with only two options: sleep in my car or sleep on the bench in the hotel lobby. I ended up spending the entire night on the bench until around 5:30 a.m., when an employee finally arrived and let me into my room. What is even more unacceptable is that there was no apology whatsoever. I paid for two nights, but I only got one night’s sleep in the room because I couldn’t access it until almost 6:00 a.m. This is a complete failure of basic customer service and guest safety. An emergency contact that doesn’t answer is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel.
