1.0− I didn’t have the opportunity to stay at this property because booking.com overbooked their available rooms. When i called to verify the reservation the man at the front desk advised that they did have rooms available but my reservation had not popped up yet. When I called a couple hours later a different person answered and said they had my reservation but would need to book two separate queen rooms since we needed two beds. I agreed to that and all was fine. Then a short time later, the same person called back and stated that a double room became available which is what we originally wanted so we were reserved for that room now. Then I received ANOTHER call from the man who I spoke to the very first time and he says “I never told you we had double rooms available, I never said that”. Instead of being apologetic and trying to ease the situation he became very defensive and spoke very sternly which made my blood boil. I don’t know how the accommodations of this hotel are, but I do know I will never attempt to stay there again because of how rude that one staff member was.
