9.0The location, plus the hotel’s American style air conditioning, which I greatly appreciated in a heat wave that was taking place outside. And their front desk and lobby employees are patient and very helpful, I found.
− The otherwise very good buffet breakfast is complicated by hotel staff being so eager to hurry people along that your plate may be lifted from you before you are nearly finished. That felt a bit like being in a Charlie Chaplin movie. I ate with one hand, held my plate with the other a few times there.
