10.0The daylily convention was a wonderful experience in your hotel. The staff was so accommodating and the facility was excellent.

− Our room was not ready until 4.30pm almost missed our ride to a concert.
I doubt I would stay there again.
5.0The breakfast was robust, the staff mediocre, the restaurant offered tasty food, housekeeping was modest, location was suitable.
− One of the desk clerks was ignorant of hotel capability and unable to help adequately, sat behind the counter with her feet on the counter.
