Convenient location, outdated rooms
5.0Great location, close to cafes and shops and the Riverwalk. It was extremely hot outside and they always had iced water and lemonade in the lobby. Their coffee was decent too! Breakfast had a variety of options for kids and some fruit too!
− Rooms were let down, beds weren’t comfortable. Kids slept on the sofa bed where the mattress was falling apart and had stains on it. Even the sheets were stained yellow. AC was old, it worked but was uncomfortable and loud.
Love staying here
9.0Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast with daily varieties. Very dog friendly and excellent location. Street parking can be difficult but we never had any issues. Off street parking available for a fee.
Just OK Hotel, very outdated, but the location and staff were great.
6.0The location, the staff and the outdoor pool were the highlights of the property. The staff here were wonderful — shout out to the gal working in the afternoon of Saturday, June 6. She was very kind and helpful.
− The rooms and furniture were extremely outdated. The fold out couch terribly old and uncomfortable. The curtains were yellowing. Guests were smoking at the exits.
