10.0We had a great 1 night stay, clean and quiet. There is hot water and ice water. Close to train station and water bus station.

10.0Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average

10.0Great property and staff is friendly and courteous. Check in was quick and were able to store our bags prior to check in so we could enjoy Venice without carrying our bags.
