A good place to put your head down, don’t depend on parking
6.0The rooms were spacious and comfortable
− Staff tried their best, but the bar was being run by one person as was the reception and during busy periods it was impossible for them to manage everything. Also, the hotel was really hard to find. It has changed the name to what is advertised on here Plus there’s extremely limited parking and the only way you can pay for it is physically at the reception desk so if you happen to be away from the hotel when you park and runs out, you risk a fine. A bit faffy

Convenient location but needed improvements
6.0The hotel was in a quiet location but still very close to the city centre. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
− The hotel was difficult to find because there was a sign saying "Best Western" when it was not. The room was very hot without an aircon and the fan supplied in the room was broken. The lobby felt cheap and unwelcoming.

− Lift broken, the staff during check in was kind to help with luggages. Requested the day before checkout for help carrying the luggages as well because we have someone on a wheelchair too that need assistance. Staff said he was tired… so emded up doing it ourself. Cleanliness is questionable…
