The only shining light was the young lady who tried to helo

− The beds were lumpy. Very uncomfortable . The phone did not work at all.

9.0Breakfast area and food were excellent
− $75 for our dog was not clarified in our booking and seems excessive. Will not stay at Hampton again. Disappointing since we have been long-time customers and are Hilton Honors. I I had to ask for an Honors bag after I questioned the $75 which was a surprise. The receptionist was a bit rude when I politely asked about the $75. Pet friendly implies free
