− in my opinion, room 511 does not fit the description of Deluxe Double. the ventilation/air conditioning blows directly on one of the beds, and on summer days you can''t stand the heat without it (a big headache in the morning). the toilet is very close to the sink, if you are larger you simply won't fit in that space and be comfortable

7.0The size of my room was decent and staff were very friendly and buffet breakfast had a decent amount of selection.
− This hotel is due for a major upgrade and I’m very surprised how they have managed to keep their 4 star rating. The room was a decent size however wasn’t even able to turn my air conditioner off unless I switched the power of it off from the switch board in room which then stopped power going to certain power points. Wasn’t impressed with hotel lobby, as was able to see all computers, cables and paperwork when passing the main desk (Not very professional looking at all)
