Looks nice, but not a lotta noise.
6.0While this hotel looks nice insude and out, it is in a terrible, noisy location. It is convenient to the train station, but the workers at the nearly reastaurants are out on the streets at all hours making a ruckus. Also, although Geneva generally doesn't get too hot, it gets hot enought that you really need air conditioning, and without it you need to open the windows at night which makes dealing with the street noise worse. Pay a little extra and get a hotel closer to the lake.

Convenient-but very noisy
8.0Convenient to central train station and walking distance to lake Geneva and attractions. Breakfast- good. Only downside and it is a major- is the street noise- making it impossible to sleep. we stayed over Saturday night and the patrons from the bar across the street were very rowdy until after midnight. Even being exhausted after overnight flight did not help. Desk clerk said we were in the quiet section- yikes!!
