Five-Star Service from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
10.0We recently stayed at The Ashling Hotel in Dublin to celebrate a very special 50th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. Although there was an issue with our bathroom, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. A special mention must go to the Guest Relations Manager, Shannon, who handled the situation with such care and professionalism that it didn’t affect our stay at all. Her excellent customer service was genuinely appreciated. The bar area has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely magnificent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent buffet offering plenty of choice. The breakfast team were incredibly accommodating and ensured everyone was well looked after. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Dublin, and we felt it offered great value for money. Overall, we can’t recommend The Ashling Hotel highly enough. Thank you to Shannon and the entire team for making our special celebration so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

− W pokoju nie ma wody do picia dla gości. Dość wysokie ceny w restauracji hotelowej, nawet jak na Dublin.
