− Front office staff were away from the desk frequently.

− Hallways were dirty & carpets stained. Bathroom floor was dirty & there was a light out in the bathroom. Carpet in room looked dirty

− My keys kept deactivating.
Room was clean and satisfactory. Front desk clerk was friendly.

− A little outdated. It could use some upgrades. Newer TVs and furniture would be a nice touch. Breakfast was cold and the coffee wasn’t great.
Miserable
3.0− Our room had peeling paint between window and ac unit with a must/moldy odor. Bathroom floor and walls needed cleaning and repair. There was a large water leak I. The ceiling outside our room. The ceiling tile was bulging and stained. The carpet had been pulled up due to water and the ac unit was on the floor. This room should have never been rented out. I think the hotel owes us money or a feee night
