10.0The house is in excellent conditon with mementos of its past and Arlene is a provides lively conversation on the history of the surrounding area. The Spurs and Lace is in close proimity to unique shopping, dining and Garden of the Gods. A very enjoyable stay.

8.0The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed the friendly cats outside. The Heritage Room was a little small for the two of us but we needed a room with a chair so that made it seem smaller. It might be more comfortable to have a room up on the second floor instead of the first because as you come out of the room, the dining room is right there. Overall, it is a very good price for the bed and breakfast with a very pleasant owner.
