10.0I’m a long time Marriott Bonvoy member and although I don’t do this as often as I should, want to give a shout out to a couple of people at the Delta Burnaby location. I had a very complex reservation for 6 individuals where I needed several things adjusted including combining some rooms, dates adjusted, etc. and I was helped out by Crystal at the front desk. She was exceptional. Fast, efficient, professional and really grasped my requests, which weren’t “normal” items. She was fantastic. In addition to that, and knowing that my reservation structure was complicated, I called the hotel and spoke to Sierra at the front desk, who was also very helpful. All around, very impressed. Thank you!

10.0Praneel was so helpful with an issue we had with our luggage. Very grateful for his support. Everyone is very friendly. Location is good and close to a bus station.
