− I was double booked for two rooms instead of one. I was charged a "no show fee for the second room. It took almost a week before my funds (minus no show fee) were returned to my account so I could book the next week for a return stay. I was double booked again for the same date. I had to talk my way up to the property GM. She was no help. Would not refund the no show. Since I booked through Booking.com, it was their fault. Booking.cim returned my money instantly. The hotel continued to hold my funds. Eventually I got my refund. (Minus the $160 fee for the no show charge.
Absolutely disappointing that booking.com confirmed reservation not honoured

− Went to check in at 12:30am and was told that booking.com should not have sold the room as they were over booked. Unbelievable. First time this happened to me

10.0This hotel stay was quite pleasant from the moment the shuttle picked us up until we checked out. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The towels were plush, and the bed comfortable and the price was reasonable. We would stay there again.

9.0One of the best places we’ve stayed! Loved our room and the location. Everywhere was so close to walk. Brekkie was good but the room could get busy.
