− Room smelled of animal. Especially the carpet.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great.
3.0The location and that there was a pool. The grassed courtyard was a nice addition.
− Our beds were very uncomfortable. One sunk down in the middle and definitely needed to be replaced. The light switch in the bathroom was cracked and tub looked ancient with many signs of wear. No one came to give us new towels, or give us room service. That is not o.k. when you are traveling with children and changing diapers. We used the pool many times . The tried to use the bathroom in the pool area, however it was a disgrace. It smelled awful, trash full, no toilet paper and VERY dirty. I actually told the front desk on the first day and no one cleaned it while we were there. We didn’t end up using it. This made it difficult when traveling with young children who needed to use the bathroom. The warm items on the breakfast buffet were awful, however there was a big selection.
It was only ok but the cost was right.
