10.0Personalen tyckte jag mycket om. De var villiga att hjälpa till med att jag bl a fick möjlighet att byta rum.
− Pulled pork och den panerade schnizeln. Pratade med en av gästerna på hotellet och vi skrattade till när vi hade samma åsikt. Vi tyckte däremot att fisken vi fick var helt underbar. Schnitzel kunde bytas ut till en friterad spätta med remouladsås. Övriga kvällstätter var bra. Det är visserligen en smaksak. Men jag tycker bäst om knaperstekt bacon till frukost. Baconen påminner mer om att de är kokta. Fläsket brukar ju vara en kontrast med det salta och rökta till de övriga tillbehören bland det varma. För övrigt var frukosten jättefin.
