HORRIBLE MATTRESS but decent place to stay.
8.0I had a horrible bumpy mattress in my room that caused a very sore back when I woke up in the morning. However, the rest of the stay was good and pleasant. The check-in was prompt and friendly, the room was very clean, the free breakfast had a lot of good quality choices. The only other drawback is both the hotel's website and Trip Advisor state the lowest starting rate is in the $80 range. Poor customer service
2.0Cancelled my reservation in the allotted time. They didn't take care of it on their end and charged my cc. There were about 4 different numbers to call when I cancelled, which was confusing. Not a very user friendly process and hey need to train employees better to ensure they provide the bestnservice for the CUSTOMER.
