− Had to pay for room twice and wasn't reimbursed and still havent recieved my safety deposit so spent $700 for 1 night pretty disappointed there

I am disappointed in the hotel management's avoidance and unwillingness to provide basic service.

Proximity to the soccer tournament- I coach teams that competed.

− Management- our room had a smoke smell. I reported it to the front desk, he gave me a spray to neutralize the smell. It helped but the smell was still there. So we asked to leave to find a different hotel. The front desk was understanding but the manager never called us back- still trying to talk to the hotel manager. The manager is still avoiding our calls.

− A little ways out of the way in tens of downtown. But worth it when you finally get there.
