6.0Location on the river was beautiful. Grounds are well maintained.
− Cost of buffet was obscene. Room booked thru Booking.com was obviously one of their least desirable rooms. Only option to book since property did not return calls or emails. Big difference in the quality of the rooms booked by other means

Great location but property could do with some upgrades.
7.0The location of the property was convenient and a lovely view of the Zambezi river. The shuttle service to the falls was great. Enjoyed seeing the wild animals roam the property.
− The property is rated a 4 star but is more like a 3 star based on the rooms, service and breakfast. There should be a deck which one can step on to enjoy the view.
