− The layout small
Bed was comfortable, location was great but you get no response from hotel sadly.
6.0Location was central close to museums
− I reserved a parking lot, payment was taken, only to find that another car was parked at the one lot the hotel had. It caused me a lot of inconvenience as we needed to park on the street and move the car every 4 hours. Despite asking for a refund and writing a email to them, I have had no response. The metal panel of the lift was overhanging our head - we had to hold on to it before rushing to reception to inform them. They did place an out of order for the lift immediately thereafter.

9.0The location is very safe, surrounded by embassies from neighboring countries. Groceries stores just across the street, and pharmacy although the pharmacy had weird working hours and was always closed almost our entire stay. within walking distance from Gloucester Train Station and Bus Station from where we can head out to anywhere in London. They had a coffee machine downstairs which was very convenient. I tried the 1-bedroom and it was spacious and nice. the beds upstairs were very cute.
− I only wished, since this property is surrounded by Embassies for Arabs, that there would be water biddet in the toilet for Muslem use.

− The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Three days without hot water, a malfunctioning AC constantly blowing cold air, and unacceptable cleanliness. Despite repeatedly requesting repairs or a room change, nothing was done. After long workdays, I couldn’t even take a warm shower. Extremely poor service and a complete lack of basic comfort.
