− The carpets in the room were dirty and the room was so hot as was the quilt
Fantastic short stay which made you feel really relaxed and well treated.
9.0Fantastic hotel - very well maintained period hotel. Really good sized room comfortable bed , good facilities, nice restaurant , very helpful and friendly staff.
Was very clear that many staff are demotivated given the hotel will soon close. Certainly not to the standard expected.
