The rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. AC worked. They were clean.

− The staff was not helpful. There were several late check-ins, and she was put out. Additionally, the elevator did not work. We stood in the parking lot under a streetlight repacking to avoid carrying larger luggage up the stairs. The key did not open the door near where we parked, so we dragged our luggage around to the end where the door worked. This was exacerbated by the late check-in and early departure. We probably lost an hour of sleep with all the issues. No discount was offered.

Pros: The hotel is in a convenient, accessible location. The rooms were clean upon arrival.

− Cons: Poor Check-in Experience: The elevator was out of service when we arrived, and the staff was unable to assign us a room on a lower floor. We had to carry all of our checked luggage up to the third floor ourselves. Lack of Room Preparation: basic amenities were missing. There were no blankets in the room, and all the soap/shower gel dispensers in the washroom were completely empty. Slow Service: Missing items were only provided after we called to request them—basic checks like refilling toiletries and supplying bedding should be done prior to guest arrival, not after.
