− The hotel looked a litte run down
Guest review
10.0The hotel was a cut above what we are used to.
− Nothing to complain about, to he honest
Ok
8.0Ok but tired building decor etc
− Nothing but lack of staff
disappointing, will not be staying there again.
5.0breakfast itself was good. however, the hotel advertises itself as dog friendly. In reality it is dog "separate" as an obviously make-shift dining room is set aside for those with dogs to eat breakfast. The staff have to make a special journey to serve people with dogs and, all in all, those with dogs are made to feel unwelcome. The room we were given had an horrendous outlook into an inner courtyard containing all the extraction ducts from the kitchen. Meaning the only ventilation available was the output from the kitchens. I'm not sure whether this was a consequence of a "Booking.com" booking or a "dog-friendly" booking.
