3.0− Tive um problema com barulho e não foi resolvido. Reclamei várias vezes e o recepcionista disse que já tinha ligado para o apartamento que estava fazendo barulho e que não poderia fazer mais nada. A situação se prolongou por 2 horas, até 23:30. O meu marido teve que ligar no apartamento para pedir para parar. Mesmo assim, continuou por um tempo. A acústica é muito ruim. Senti que faltou apoio para nos ajudar e é uma situação muito constrangedora. Todos querem uma noite de paz e descanso, mas não tivemos.
