8.0Decent hotel to stay for a couple nights. It's well located in downtown Kelowna and makes for an easy departure (without crossing that insanely busy bridge) for the remainder of our road trip home. Rooms are average but could use updating. The complex has a bit of an odd layout with some motel style buildings and then a tower. Plenty of free parking which was nice. Breakfast in the sunlit atrium was lovely. Never crowded like some hotels can get. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a water station after breakfast hours closed. Kids did not attempt the pool as we had read reviews about it's cleanliness although we did see staff cleaning it.
