Never again
4.0The eaving staff/receptionist was great and helpfull.
− First of all, it was organised by booking.com on the back of confirming a stay in the city centre that turned out not to exist. As for the hotel, it was very noisy and the room stank of drains. There were no chairs or soft furniture, we could only get one key card for access, and it had to be left at reception when we went out. Whilst the room had a kettle, the hotel did not provide cups. This was far from a four-star experience. I think this was by far the worst experience we have had. Also it is over 1Km from the subway so be warned if you are unable to walk distances.

5.0Pulito, i ragazzi alla reception cordiali
− Stanza rumorosissima e fredda, infissi nn adatti. Affaccia su una strada a scorrimento veloce. C'è un bollitore ma nessun bicchiere o tazza, ho dovuto chiedere per entrambe le notti. Ho chiesto un taxi in reception, troppo impegnato, alla fine ho prenotato io con app.
Clean, good breakfast.
9.0Breakfast was good. Coffee is excellent. Everybody was very kind.
− The noise from the upper room. I missed fresh bread at breakfast.
