8.0Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my room accommodations. The initial room I was assigned had a very strong bleach odor, which was particularly problematic because I have an allergy to bleach. It was also an accessible (handicap) room that I felt was of lesser value than the room category I had paid for, yet I was not offered a refund or adjustment. I was then moved to a different room, which had a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed had a strong urine odor that made the room unpleasant. I reported the odor to a staff member, but no action was taken to address the issue. Overall, while I appreciated the breakfast, the condition of the rooms and the lack of response to my concerns negatively affected my stay.
− I liked having the complimentary underground parking. and the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay.
