− Hallways seemed a bit grungy. Elevator didn’t work. We had to switch rooms because our sliding door didn’t lock. In our new room we found dark hair in the bathroom, on the room floor and even in the bed.

− I reserved two rooms next to each other. I got two rooms not next door to each other. The bathroom was dirty. The room had a urine odor in the heater. The beds were old and uncomfortable. There was a rusty nail in the pool the kids found while swimming and the pool light was floating from the wires. The elevator got stuck in between floors with my brother inside and the front desk person didn’t even hear the emergency alarm going off. When I told him someone was stuck inside he dismissed me. When my son pushed the button for going up a floor the elevator finally came up. The management put a hand written sign on the elevator saying out of order but people were still using it. Overall it was not a good experience and I will not be back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

− רועש מאוד. החדר לידינו עשו רעש כל הלילה ולא הצלחנו לישון. המעלית לא עבדה והעלנו את המזוודות שלנו 3 קומות ברגל.

− The sheets on bed were dirty, the pillow cases had stains on them. The room smelled, it was hard to sleep with that smell. The chair for table was very old the leather coming off. The other guests were vey loud in the morning, could not get enough sleep.

− Everything else. The room was filthy, bad smell like someone had puked all over and we could not switch rooms for the first night. It was really bad. The good staff managed to switch rooms for the next night. Cleaning service must improve..
