Worst Hotel Ever!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!
1.0Nothing!!
− False advertising. Pictures on the hotel website are nothing like the hotel. The bed had a hard mattress, and it was on a steel frame that was so loud and uncomfortable!! There was no hair dryer or coffee machine, which stated on the website that there would be one in the room. The room was dirty, and the bathtub was disgusting !! I tried to call the front desk, and the phone in the room was broken. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, the girl stated they don't provide any of those essentials. I bought a hair dryer at cvs, I plugged it in, and the dryer sparked along with the plug. I had to return the dryer. I told the front desk and was told, " Not our problem, it's never happened before." I asked to speak with a manager, I was told" call next week" Housekeeping never came to give new towels or to clean the room. I have never had a worst experience at a hotel. This hotel gets a negative mark!!
Was very disappointed
1.0− I booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because got woken up by a big roach crawling on me while I was asleep. The room had mold on ceiling and a hole in wall above the sink mirror
The filthiest place I have ever seen

− It was filthy and when I first walked in to check in there was a bad odor in the lobby
