9.0Large parking lot that felt safe. We appreciated the help from the desk clerk as it pertained to parking our truck and boat in the parking lot.

− Pool was extremely cloudy and had a really musty smell. Was told it was "recently deep cleaned". The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the daughter to swim in the pool. Was too dirty to swim in. Disappointing.

− The phone in the room did not work, even tried to plug the phone line in. Housekeeping didnt even knock or announce them selves before coming in the room.
