10.0La atención por parte del personal siempre fue de lo mejor, las distintas actividades en las locaciones permiten que la familia este a gusto, la variedad den los restaurantes fue buena y el room service rápido
− En algunos pasillos, frente a las habitaciones, dejaban los vasos y pocillos en el piso por varios días, nos toco informar en la recepción para que las recogieran

Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.
