Great Location, but hotel was dated.

9.0Quite and close to where I needed to be. Bed was firm and comfortable , has small refrigerator, had good size TV however didn't watch it, air conditioner worked. Good size room and view of harbor.
− No door sign for do not disturb or need maid service. Maid knocked on door around 930am, check out is at 11. Room needs a deep cleaning, light switch covers were dirty by bathroom sink and front door. Bathroom baseboards need cleaning and floor in the corners, some ceiling and wall repairs and painting. Needs old caulking removed as some areas had mildew or rust and apply new caulking around bathtub. Curtains only opened on one side, so you were not able to get full view of your harbor view out the window, one side had the rod to push/pull curtain open the otherside did not, and when trying to open by just pulling it would not move..
