− having to pay for parking. the ice maker was broken. there were stains on the sheets and hair in the tub drain. no sound proofing - you could hear everything being said in the hallway outside the room.

Mud season, empty, great value, older hotel with nice updates, top notch staff.
10.0Will was very friendly and helpful at check in. I was happy to be back in the Old Ptarmigan and it has retained the 80s lodge feel while updating some of the property. Beds were very soft.
− No complaints, the building is older so it has its rough edges and is to be expected. It could use more renovation and over time, I suspect it will get some.

We have a limited amount of air mattresses and we charge $20 plus 11.4% tax per night.
During ski season, full balance is due at time of booking for reservations made within 14 days of arrival.
