− There is a nightlight in the room. In room 4, this light face the bed and every time I turned on one side, the light is awaking me. Totally unacceptable.
Highly recommended. A little pricy but worth it. Can’t wait for our next visit.
10.0Lovely location (inside and out). Service was top notch, always someone around to help, always friendly and professional. The room was lovely, spacious and had all the features we needed. The American Bar is a must (great food, great cocktails, wonderful history). We had breakfast in our room (Eggs Benedict) which rounded off a lovely stay perfectly.
− Very small point (which may have been caused by my bank rather than the hotel system) The pre-authorisation payment caused some issues on check out (duplicate payments showing on my account for a few days before it sorted itself out).

Hela Hotellet domineras av hög ambitions nivå och gammaldags charm. Vi återkommer. Rum 432 Betyg 10/10

− Room is a little ‘tired’ and in need of some work (bathroom fittings). One hears every cough and click in the corridors of the old building
