Very unpleasant and I couldn't sleep

− Bed Room was extremely hot with no air condition or fan
Generally very good and value for money.
7.0− The bed was very creaky and the desk chair looked like it came from a skip.
Hotel did not align with the brand expectation
3.0− Very slow checking in due to issues with the IT system. The menu in the restaurant is limited, the quality of food was poor. Room was very dark with poor lighting.
