− La piscine était fermée pour des travaux, cela n’a pas été dit préalablement. La peinture du mur adjacent au lit devrait être refaite, car elle avait levé à de nombreux endroits.

− Le personnel est gentil et courtois, on a pu mettre nos vélos dans une pièce sécurisée même avant la disponibilité de notre chambre.
