8.0La piscina infinita, el Spa y la ubicación excelentes. El personal muy profesional
− La comida del buffet se puede mejorar. Estando en la zona productora de plátanos, poca fruta y poca variedad. Comida orientada a los ingleses y alemanes. La gente reserva las tumbonas a primera hora para todo el día, y es complicado coger sitio en las piscinas. La barra de la ducha no se podía regular en altura. Recomiendo coger habitación con vistas al mar, las puestas de sol son muy bonitas

7.0Premessa, siamo stati contattati prima dell'arrivo per essere ricollocati nell'hotel Alexander Gala con camera vista mare e upgrade alexander club con accesso spa. Camera bella e accogliente, silenziosa in posizione centrale per la movida e a 5 minuti dal mare, l'hotel troya ha l'accesso direttamente sulle spiagge e piscine a sfioro. Per il giorno del check out è disponibile uno spogliatoio dove lavarsi prima della ripartenza
− Gli ascensori sono lentissimi e spesso fermano dove non devono rendendoli scomodi. Abbiamo spesso optato per le scale. Il buffet non era troppo ricco e alle volte era poco organizzato ma il cibo sempre di discreta qualità.
