For the price and location, this is a great place to stay!

The pool was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son left some stuffed animals and when called they went to find them immediately and called back to say they had found them—even offered to ship them! We were very happy with our visit.

− Bathrooms could have been a little bigger.

As our first stay here we didn’t know what to expect especially being in an area around plenty of loud kids. The room was very comfortable and as a very highly sensitive individual with a daughter the same that has issues with noise, we slept very comfortably without dealing with disturbances. The room seemed to have very good insulation amongst noise. I’m very pleased with our stay. I stayed at Cedar Point at a different hotel last year and not once did they provide fresh toilet paper and towels like this stay did for us! The highlight of our stay here was the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many motels and not once have I’ve experienced such an abundance of hospitality and variety of breakfast foods and drinks. I also want to make a special shout out to the lady who ran the breakfast this week (July 20-24) as she was so sweet, helpful and went out of her way to chat with me! She was so much fun and a hard worker that deserves the best reviews out of every place we’ve stayed.

− To be polite and honest, the parking wasn’t the best trying to back up and get out with big vehicles blocking the only exit. I’d hope maybe the owners can make a policy where larger vehicles should be parked in the back of the hotel where there’s ample parking spaces.

It was clean, the workers were really nice and helpful. The pool was great, the property was well kept and they were outside side cleaning and weeding, everyday! They really do a good job keeping it up!

We had stayed here the previous night and booked last minute after deciding to spend 1 more day at Cedar Point. Exceptional staff from front desk to the woman running breakfast. Our new go to hotel when visiting Cedar Point!

Our stay at South Shore Inn was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us to get to Cedar Point. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Next time we want to take a trip to Cedar Point this will be our go to spot for lodging.
