1.0Es war kein Personal, da die deutsch gesprochen haben und die Kommunikation war dadurch sehr schwierig, das Buffet war nicht ausreichend. Rührei war alle vier Tage wo wir da waren kalt das kann man nicht tolerieren. für ein Viersternehotel unglaublich. wir wollten ein ruhiges Zimmer um bekamen ein Zimmer, was direkt an der Straße lag. Unglaublich.
− Also, das Zimmer ist von dem Zimmer auf den Bildern, die man sieht. Erhebliche Unterschiede Teppichboden war gewählt und riecht muffig.
Qualität und Preisleistung schlecht
3.0Wir könnten leider nichts als besonders gut bezeichnen 🤔
− Der Aschenbecher vor der Eingangstüre quoll über. Selbst nachdem wir einen Hinweis gegeben hatten, wurde dieser während unseres Aufenthalts von zwei Tagen nicht geleert. Frühstück eher schlecht als gut, wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Die angepriesenen Früchte waren Bananen und Mini- Äpfel , eher als Fallobst zu bezeichnen. Die Gläser waren dreckig. Insgesamt wirkt das ganze Objekt renovierungsbedüftig.

4.0Das Personal war freundlich. Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Station.
− Die Zimmer waren nicht schön, Teppich voller Flecken, Badewanne vergilbt, Gardinen hingen teilweise runter und es war extrem hellhörig. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Mozarella war schon angetrocknet, genauso wie die Wurst. Saftgläser waren dreckig. Für den Preis hatten wir schon deutlich bessere Hotels in Berlin.
