3.0− Air con wasn't working, room was stuffy so we didn't stay and wasted our money.
Great location, shame the hotel missed the mark.
4.0The hotel was in a great location and very easy to get to.
− Our room smelt of cigarette smoke as soon as you entered. Both the sink and the toilet in the room didn’t drain properly. The wardrobe had definitely seen better days and quite a lot of the finishes around the room (I.e. door frames) were damaged. At breakfast we chose to use the toilet next to the bar, however one toilet was so dirty it was unusable and unfortunately it remained this way until we had finished breakfast at least an hour later.
