Very dirty room; uncomfortable stay due to lack of cleanliness.
3.0Nice pool for young children
− Room was filthy. A/C wasn’t working well. Stains all over the carpet. Debris under the coffee table when moves it to pull out the sofa bed. A large bug crawled across floor within an hour of arriving.

10.0We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn in London! The service was excellent from start to finish, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room service food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was such a wonderful surprise, with a beautiful Caribbean feel and a lovely patio that made it feel like a little getaway. Yes, the pool was busy at times, but that is completely expected at a popular hotel during the summer. Everyone in the pool area was friendly, and there were also plenty of times throughout the day when it was much quieter and very relaxing. Our room was clean and beautifully maintained, there was also like a roof top terrace near our room where you could sit outside and relax. We honestly do not understand how anyone could rate this hotel less than five stars. We had an awesome stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
